WELCOME TO ACTION DANCE ACADEMY
We are so pleased to have you dance with us and hope to make your dance journey at our studio as easy and FUN as it is in our classroom. Here are the ways we connect as a community and we’d love you to join.
ENROLMENT, FEES & CLASS PACKAGES
For information regarding tuition invoices, fees, class packages please visit our tuition information page
To enrol into classes please visit our online enrolment page and follow the prompts. All enrolments are carrried forward for the entire year unless you let us know otherwise, so there is no need to re enrol each term.
PARENT PORTAL
After you enrol you will be able to log in at anytime to our parent portal. This can be found on the homepage of our website. On our parent portal you will find the following:
Parent - update your email, contact details, choose to be a ‘primary contact’ to receive emails.
Student - check your child’s school year and upload a cute picture. Our office team love to put a name with a face.
Classes - view all current classes enrolled in. If you need to make any changes please email the office.
Invoices - view, download and pay all term invoices.
Policies - mission statement, core values, safety policies, social media, parent/student policies.
COMMUNICATION & NEWS - BAND APP
Our Action family is connected through an App called ‘BAND’. We use BAND to communicate with families and keep them up to date with what is going on. We ask ALL families to join BAND as is our primary line of communication throughout the year.
What is BAND?
Similar to a facebook group BAND allows parents, students, teachers & admin staff to communicate through online posts, video content, uploading of files and photos, an online calendar, private chats and much more. Unlike facebook however BAND is a private, secure and safe communication channel managed by the Action office team and accessed only by Action families. The purpose of BAND is to optimise communication and give you as a parent a window into what is happening in the classroom. To learn more about Band please visit the website and check it out.
UNIFORM & SHOES
To order our uniform please visit our online store. Students can choose their own look from our uniform range. Any orders placed will be sent along to class to collect from your class teacher. Alternatively you can drop into our office to try on and check out the huge variety of styles for yourself.
