CLASS UNIFORM REQUIRMEMENTS

ALL UNIFORM ITEMS ARE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE IN THE STUDIO

We want students to choose their ‘own look’ to feel confident when dancing so we allow students to choose any combination of Action wear from our online store.
We have many uniform options including: singlets, racer back, crop tops, shorts and leggings that can be worn in any combination for ALL styles of dance (excluding ballet students who wear leotard and tights) that are also available via our online store.

We also sell Jazz, Ballet and Tap shoes in the studio.

KEEP WARM

We have comfy hoodies, varsity style jackets and our sleek performance jackets which will keep your dancer warm in the cooler months. It is compulsory for our Troupe Representative team members to purchase a Performance jacket when representing us.

HAIR

Hair should be pulled back neatly, completely off face. This is really important so that students aren't fidgeting with their hair during dance class.

SHOES

Jazz, Technique, Musical Theatre - Black jazz shoes, slip on, no laces
Ballet - Pink canvas ballet shoes (with elastics)
Acro & Contemporary - Bare feet
Lyrical - Bare feet or canvas half soles (optional)
Hip Hop - Any sneakers, mainly white in colour

BALLET UNIFORM

Petites & Primary - Pink Leotard, pink skirt, ballet tights & canvas ballet shoes
Grade 1 - 5 & Vocational - Black leotard (your own choice of style), pink ballet tights & ballet shoes.

BALLET SHOES

• Pink canvas ballet shoes (with elastics for Primary to Grade 5).

• Major grades require pointe shoes after seeing a physiotherapist for a pointe assessment. Your ballet teacher will advise students when you are ready for pointe shoes.
  

BALLET HAIR
It is compulsory for all ballet students to wear their hair in a ballet bun, with a hair net and bun pins with no wispy bits near the face!
